We currently provide newspaper and magazine delivery services to homes and businesses within 3 miles of our store. If you are unsure whether your location falls within our delivery zone, please contact us directly at 0161 – 428 1232.

  1. Delivery Times

Our delivery service operates every day of the week, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure you receive your publications on time.

  • Weekday Deliveries: 6:00 to 9:00
  • Weekend Deliveries: 7:00 to 10:00

We strive to deliver newspapers and magazines before 8:00 AM to accommodate your routine.

  1. Subscription Options

Customers can choose between the following delivery options:

  • Daily Delivery: Receive newspapers or magazines every day.
  • Weekend Delivery: Receive your order on Saturdays and Sundays only.
  • Custom Delivery: Specify particular days of the week for delivery.

  1. Payment Terms

Payment for delivery services is collected on a weekly/monthly basis.

  • Payment Methods: Cash, card, or online payments via website.
  • Billing Cycle: You will receive an invoice every Saturday.

All accounts must remain up to date to ensure uninterrupted service.

  1. Missed or Late Deliveries

We make every effort to deliver on time; however, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or supplier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.

  • If your delivery is late, please allow until 9:00am before contacting us.
  • In the rare event of a missed delivery, notify us within 2 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
  1. Delivery Fees

A small delivery fee applies to all subscriptions, based on location and frequency. These fees will be clearly stated at the time of subscription.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery instructions, such as gate codes or specific drop-off locations, are accurate and up to date. For any changes, notify us promptly at Ph: 0161 428 1232.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your delivery subscription at any time with one week’s notice.

Refunds for any remaining credit will be processed within  14 days.
